Failed generations

If a task fails or exceeds the 15-minute processing limit, the system automatically restores the same free or paid credit source once. This is not a refund of PayPal funds.

Unused-credit refunds

Within 7 days of a PayPal purchase, you may request one full refund if the paid credits from that purchase remain unused. Per-credit partial refunds are not currently offered.

Used credits are normally non-refundable unless the service was not delivered, the payment was duplicated or unauthorized, or applicable law requires otherwise.

How refunds work

Approved refunds return to the original PayPal payment method. Timing is controlled by PayPal and the funding source. Refunded, reversed, or disputed purchases remove corresponding unused credits; shortages require manual review.

How to request

Contact support with your login email, PayPal order ID, payment time, and reason. Never send a password, one-time code, full card number, or API secret.
