Accounts and acceptable use

Protect your account and do not evade credit limits, attack the service, automate abusive volume, or interfere with other users.

Uploads and results

• You must have the rights and permissions required for every upload.
• Do not upload illegal, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, or harmful content.
• AI results are variable and may be inaccurate, unsuitable, or similar to other outputs; review important uses yourself.
• You retain rights in your uploads and may use results produced for you, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and provider terms.

Credits and availability

Free credits follow the limits shown in the product. Paid credits currently do not expire. A credit is reserved before generation and its original source is restored once if the task fails or exceeds the stated timeout.

Maintenance, security events, networks, PayPal, or generation providers may interrupt the service. We will make reasonable efforts to restore and reconcile affected transactions.

Payments and liability

PayPal processes payments. The price and currency shown at approval control. Refunds follow the Refund Policy, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

To the extent allowed by law, THREEFOLD is not liable for indirect losses, lost expected profits, or claims caused by unlawful use of customer content.
